Calcium deposit? Strange bump

Hi all - I am reposting hoping to get some fresh eyes on my hen. On Saturday, we noticed my 2 year old Wyandotte had developed a large bump or swelling on the side and back of her foot. I checked thoroughly for Bumblefoot and have seen no indications of it. The bump is hard and the back toe seemed to either be bruised or have dirt under the scales - either way, the toe now looks closer to normal after six days. She is not limping and is behaving completely normal if you saw her from the tummy up.

We have done a daily Epsom salt soak and applied neosporin and a salve to the bump and her back toe for six days. No improvement or worsening, minus the back toe scales cleaning up (I think it was dirt).

At first I wondered if it was an injury, and now I am wondering if it’s a calcium deposit or something like that. Has anyone seen this before?

Hard to know what's going on with the foot.

Looks like the lump may be reduced a bit when comparing it to your other thread, but could also be the angle of the photos.

You may want to continue to give her a soak every few days, but not limping and acting normal, if she were mine, I'd just monitor her.
