About the only thing I can see on that paper is that its certifying that the thermometer has been calibrated. My Brinsea Spot Check didn't even come with a certificate, but its very accurate.
Did you put the probe under your tongue to see what the therm read? That's what I did with my Brinsea. It said I'm 98.6F, so, I wiped it with an alcohol cloth and started using it
It looks like it reads about 0.5 F high at the freezing point, and about 0.5 F low at 194 F. So that would make it about dead on at 112.5 F. At incubating temps around 100 F, it will probably be about 0.09 F high, which is pretty close.
