Calico Cochin Bantams

Last year during the fall and This year during April and May I sold off most Ohiki and Cochin Bantams except,..because, Next Year I will be selling a hybrid only.
I sold off most adult Japanese Ohiki (Dwarf) except one Calico (white based with calico coloring Fly Tie) roo Named Samuri
And sold off most Chinese Calico Cochin Bantams except one Hen named Kimono whom is an exceptional Calico with not too much white. Kimono looks more like a Jubilee. Excellent balance of white.

Keeping back a Few 4 week olds.

What I hope to gain from this is short fuffy feathers with polka dots and long silky feathers with chevrons. Will post a pic this week. As soon as I can get my account straight. Good thing this phone has everything in memory. Wished it could share with me.

It is official.
I have named my CALICO COCHIN BANTAMS that are smaller than my Calico Cochin Bantams but slightly larger that my BabyDolls Calico Cochin Bantams.
Name of my Cochin Bantams?
Samurai, Dragon, Ming, Geisha, Kimono & Kimona ChinaDolls. ChinaDolls.
So Samuri & Geisha ChinaDoll Cochin Bantams is the beginning. Three boys and three girls.

Thank you Amber for taking all 20 of the Calico Cochin Bantams and Babydoll Bantams. I looked them over carefully and there were atleast 10 + girls. It is very difficult to tell genders at their ages 1-4 weeks. There are several things to look for. You tube has great ideas that help. Suggestion, toe nail polish to separate genders and see if later your guess are true? Colored rings would slip off at this point.
