My question comes from hatching my fertilized eggs from the California Tan hens and the rooster.

I know they aren't California Tans but either whatever perce take leghorn And RIR or production red whichever it is. My question is, so what do i call them?

I had not heard of California Tans so I did some research. Supposedly they are a cross between Leghorn hens and Production Red roosters, but that source said that Production Reds are the same as Rhode Island Reds, which is not correct. Still, the Tans are hybrids.

My question is, so what do i call them?
Whatever you want to. California Tans are not a breed, just a marketing name somebody came up with. Unless they copywrote the name it's not really recognized by anybody legally. Your chicks are not hybrids since their parents were hybrids. You can call them mutts or a mix. Come up with your own cute name.

With that parentage I think you will be happy with them but there is no name for them other than mutt or mix.
