California Whites - 1 Pullet and 1 Cockerel?

I purchased 2 California White "Pullet's" from my local feed store in Gilbert. Now they are 6 weeks old or so and they look very different. One has a red comb and wattles, so does that mean it is a cockerel?

I don't know anything at all about this breed, but that really does look like a cockerel

Update: The bird in question is indeed a cockerel. He is now crowing.

The other is a pullet.
