Call duck breeding

What conditions do call ducks need to start breeding and laying eggs. Does the weather need to be consistently warm. (I live in ohio)

Call ducks are seasonal layers.
I am also in ohio my calls usually start laying in feb.
This year they are breeding but still no eggs yet
