Yesterday my little one followed me into the garden (where the ducks are) knocking over the t-post "gate" and hit a duck. I didn't see it happen but I'm assuming it clipped my drakes foot. Wasn't sure yesterday if it was his foot or back but today (after a night of confinment) he's limping on one leg.

So, pretty sure the leg is broken, not 100% sure where. Slight heat at ankle joint, now swelling, no marks/cuts. Besides confinement any suggestions on how to brace? I have rolled gauze and vet wrap. I'm going to make some phone calls to a couple vets in the area this week and see if they're willing to help.

I can attach video/pic if it helps

I would confine it for a bit and see if it heals. If it's obviously broke and isn't lined up you would need a vet to set it. With an actual break it couldn't put any weight on it, so if it's limping hopefully it's just an injury.

Update:
I found a vet to see him, she confirmed it was broken but a clean break in a long bone so a good prognosis!
He kept the "splint" bandage on just shy of two weeks (stayed dry until he escaped on the last of a 3day downpour)
Bandage is off, he's starting to put weight on it. Saw him swimming today ^-^ he is MUCH happier back with the girls and not in prison 😅
