Call duck contest

Call ducks and mallards are both in the bantam class of ducks
Mallards have much longer beaks smallish heads and are much larger then calls . Calls have round heads and large for there size ( my heads are not big enough ) short (to short in my opion) beaks. My calls do well in youth but would not even be able to compete in the open level . I do have to say though most of them are the correct size not to big which is a huge problem with calls due to the smaller hens tend to get egg bound.

I thought the Call ducks that have mallard looks are 'Grey' calls. That's what the lady who sold me three said. I've googled Grey calls and they come up that way.

Regardless of what they are called..... I need a drake!!
I have three girls and NO boys. I'm pretty sure I won't be hatching any more out that way!

This is Sunday, my first Call duck! He's an approximately 2-year-old White Drake that I picked up at a swap as everyone was packing up to go home - I just couldn't resist the little bugger!
