Call duck egg mystery

First time hatching call duck eggs at home. Been in the incubater 3 days and noticed something i had never seen. Does anyone know what this means? Almost looks like twins could be growing

Those bubbles actually look like a damaged air cell to me. Shipping "stress" (rough handling) can cause air cells to change shape or move around in the egg. When you move the egg, do the bubbles move, too?
Sadly yes, i have it sitting with the bigger (blunt) end up. Hoping that helps.
 
That kind of damage seems to be pretty common to shipped eggs. This thread has info about some incubation techniques that may helpful. I typically don't turn shipped eggs for a few days after receipt (and after after allowing them to rest for 24 after unpacking them, prior to putting them in the incubator). Severe damage can significantly impact hatch rates, though.
