Hello my name is Alison I’m new to chickens and ducks, this is our first time having either we have successfully introduced and hatched 10 chicks they are 7 days old now and doing well, I have 4 call ducklings due to hatch at the weekend, I’ve read they can be harder to hatch and my require assistance? Pics of the chicks attached any ideas on breed and sex? Thanks in advance

As for your cute chicks, maybe in a week or two, retake the pictures and post them in our What Breed or Gender forum.

Thank you the article was most helpful and informative and is now on my Home Screen ready to follow if needed, and I will try again in couple of weeks with pics for sexing the chicks 😊
 
Advice please out of the 4 call duck eggs I have have only 1 has pipped today is day 27, I can’t see any movement in the other 3 eggs when I candle them first 2 pics are egg 1 second two pics are egg 2 and the last two pics are egg 3 any advice would be greatly appreciated thank you
