Call duck hatched but did not absorbed the yolk sac

I hatched a call duck. He currently still has the back of the shell on so he has his head sticking out. the yolk sac was not fully absorbed. I have been peridoicaly spraying it with warm water. The size of the sac has gotten alot smaller in the past 24 hours. what should i do?

I am sorry it took so long to get an answer. The best thing to do is let it be and hope for the best. I have had it happen a couple times really stinks. I would also give it a couple drops of light karo or suger water.
