Call Duck hatching help

Need help again. The last time I tried to hatch call duck eggs it did not end well. I did not know that at times they needed help to externally pip and lost 17 beautiful fully formed ducks. This time seems to be going about the same there is a little part almost looks like a spider web for the pip no further progress in over 9 hours. Do I make a hole? If I open the incubator to help with a hole will the entire egg shrink wrap? Any advice would be great
