One of my hens has begun sitting on about 15-20 eggs and I was wondering if they would be safe to hatch with her or if I need to separate them from the rest of the flock? I wanted to try and let her do it herself but I wasn’t sure if I would just be better off putting them in the incubator.

That's a lot of eggs for a call duck to sit on, that being said call duck hens hatch their babies out better than an incubator. You could put half of the eggs in an incubator.
After 10 days candle the eggs she has, if their are any clears toss them and it should lighten her responsibility.
