Almost looks like a neck injury.
He’s isn’t clipped so that’s a possibility but he does move it when he’s eating drinking and digging up the ground? He lets me touch his neck ect and I couldn’t see anything obviously wrong but if it was injured would be still be moving to dig if it painful? Sorry for all the question but if it is injured is there anything I can do to help

Honestly it may just be his posture. My white drake keeps his neck sucked in when he's walking around.

As long as he's not lethargic, has any loss of appetite, quits drinking or eating altogether, or has abnormal poops, I don't know that I'd worry too much.

Hopefully others with more experience will give their input after me. 😅

Thank you! Eating drinking and everything else is fine

I agree with this. It sounds like a drake thing without any other symptoms

If he couldn't hold his head up when lifted, I would be worried.

^^Also in agreement^^ I hatched out a mallard cross this year and he is half the size of the other drakes that hatched this year. He is always strutting in front of the ladies with his head tucked. I kind of just chalked it up to little man syndrome especially since the ladies hate him and he is always trying to get their attention. Kind of reminds me of the behavior of a guy I knew in highschool who thought he was the coolest, biggest, baddest ladies man. Always tucking his head, puffing his chest and trying to appear broader through the shoulder, but really he was only 5'5 and couldn't get a date to prom🤷
