Call Duck integration question

I have a lot of experience integrating chickens, but this is my first time with ducks.
I have 3-3 month old White Calls(2 drakes and 1 hen) and am trying to integrate my 1 1/2 month old Gray Call hen with them.
Couple of questions:
Is she too young for this yet? She is REALLY spoiled to me and not at all happy about being left with other ducks.
They are constantly "billing" her and chasing her out of the pool and just in general harassing her.
Any advice?
I don't leave her unattended with them, by the way.

Me personally, I'd integrate her with one hen for a bit and then add the others slowly and one at a time, so she has a "buddy" when new ducks get added. That way it will lessen the chance that they will all pick on her.
