Are you saying naturally brooding calls is possible? You don't have to assist those? He's of lower quality than she is in my opinion, but I'd say breeder quality for sure. Just be sure to select for short bills and round, derpy heads when you're breeding. And to maximize your clutches swap your current calls eggs with this hen's so she can brood a set and then this call can brood another. Incubating them sucks.
Ok thank you!! Do you agree to go with this pair? He's of lower quality than she is in my opinion, but I'd say breeder quality for sure. Yes, apparently the mother can use her stupid little bill just fine to help the little r-word ducklings out of their shells. I can't sit in front of an incubator for three days babying them out of their shells. Are you saying naturally brooding calls is possible? You don't have to assist those?
Well now I'm definitely getting some when I move. I thought you had to incubate them because they couldn't hatch naturally!Yes, apparently the mother can use her stupid little bill just fine to help the little r-word ducklings out of their shells.
