Call duck with broken toe nail: PHOTOS

I have a 1 year call duck hen who has injured her toenail. I just noticed it this morning, it's mostly clotted but the toenail itself is almost completely broken. I can move it easily and it's starts to bleed again. I don't think she is limping but definitely loving slower than normal.
Should I clip the rest of the nail off? And should I give her pain meds or antibiotics?

I'm soooo sorry no one replied yet , how is she

I think she's doing better. We have had her in a smaller cage with some antibiotics for a different problem she was having. I will go check her foot later today!
