Call Ducks and Laying

My first Call duck only layed in spring about 14 eggs but her daughter born last Spring started laying in the Fall and hasnt stopped is this normal?

My calls are also on/off layers. I have a few who remain consistent layers. Usually calls don’t lay many eggs during the winter months anyway, so I would say it’s normal, at least in my experience.

It can be normal yes.
Especially if you haven't had a lot of cold weather where you are yet.
I just found a stock pile of eggs the other day from my calls and it's off season for them to be laying. But once in a while one will start back up again no matter the time of year.
