call ducks good broodys?

ive got to pairs of call ducks and was wondering if there any good at hatching ducklings?

I have a grey call female who will lay a batch of eggs, sit on them good for about 20 days and then stop. Had this happen with a few different batches of eggs. But then I had a 1 year old blue-bibbed female hatch two broods this spring and summer and was a great sitter and mother (we took the first hatch away and raised them in the garage, hoping she'd lay again, and she did). I guess it just depends on the individual duck!

I had a call hen who wouldn't set at all. It was her first year laying though, and that might have had something to do with it.
