My hens keep pushing Randi off her nest so they can lay eggs in it, then I go in and take them off when Randi gets up to eat.

Block her definitely..I would

The plastic is now higher up and my "doorway" is bigger now.

Funny side note:
I found my cat in the cage of shame. He won't be going in there again

We kept trying to catch the fox and only ever caught our Cat ..She never learned..

Lol, I've caught 4 or 5 raccoons. (I can't remember the exact number)
I haven't caught any in like 6 months though.

Thanks, I hate raccoons. I know we have a fox and a Fischer around, but they stay away because of the dog.
We had a hawk fly over yesterday. When it saw my chickens and duck it started screaming. I ran over to the chickens with a big stick ready to do battle and the thing flew off and didn't come back. They are scared of my rottweiler too.

I have to pick one Broody Momma because I have now Dilly, Camille and Petunia on eggs. It's crazy..
