I did clean him up and sprayed some cooling wound spray. But I've never seen this before so I dont know what it is.

Ok, so from what I can tell this is rain scald not rain rot. Which he did have some rain rot on his back. But this is only on the one side of him. There's also a spot on the same side on his jaw bone area. my poor fellow.

Looks like a sore similar to a bed sore because his hip bone has no meat on it. He needs food. He's extremely emaciated.
