She started setting on the grocery store eggs on Sunday and I put the Rhode Island Red eggs under her on Tuesday.

MY LAYER FLOCK HAS WORMS, AGAIN!!!!! 
I’ve wasted lots of $$ on wormers just for the worms to come right back!

Okay so day one is Monday for the store eggs and day one is Wednesday for the RIR eggs so I think your safe Aryeh. Once hatching is close put the feed and water right up close to the Hens nest so if the first ones pop out to eat and drink Momma won't get up and leave the eggs.

Well yes and the worms went away for a while (at least I didn’t see them in their poop) and they’re back again.

Jeepers. Maybe you need to do 3 treatments 10 days apart because they had a lot of worms..
...
None of my other birds have worms. Only the Layer Flock.

Terrible..I understand the frustration Kayla. Maybe ivermectin will be better?
