Call Ducks or Bantams...Crazy Animals Around the Farm

I’m getting rid of all my birds seriously in April. I broke the broody with the chicken eggs. They stress me out so bad. I usually keep it to myself but you guys should know by the end of feeding time I’m in tears. My stress levels increase fairly quickly and I can’t do this everyday anymore. The birds will NOT be guided with a stick and will only go in when they want to. Plus the fighting mess and broodiness is getting on my last nerves. They deserve a better home with someone who has more patience than I do.
Oh that sounds better. I wish you the best Kayla. :hugs
I think you dived in headfirst before you were knowledgeable and it definitely gets stressful..☹️
I definitely know stress from animals...👍😘

Yeah. I definitely miss my flock that I had in 2016. Had them trained, good little birds. Now I seem to be way in over my head and need to pause this "hobby"... hobbies are supposed to be fun. This is not fun for me anymore. :th

I think a break may be good. You can reevaluate your breed likes and maybe reconfigure your pens into one or two large pens and then get the types of chickens and or ducks that you want.
