Call ducks wont hatch

Hello. Im at day 27 with my call ducks in the incubator. One hatched on day 25 and I haven't heard anything sence. Ive been reading about how to help them hatch and whatnot but none of them have even internally pipped. I did open the outershell of one to look inside and it looks like a dead duck to me. but fully formed. Any sugjestions on what I should do or what could of went wrong? I still have about 15 in the incubator.

I am not a hatcher, but if you can provide information about temperature and humidity that will help, also if you have candled, and what you have seen.

Thank you but they were all dead none of them except the one that hatched were in the right position. Thinking I must have set the eggs upside down in the incubator. didn't know there was a specific side but now I know. Poor little guys
