Call of the Hen by Walter Hogan

I am looking to buy this book online and saw a few books by the title that had different front covers and different amounts of pages. One had a brown cover and was 132 pages and the other was white and had several different color stripes on it and had 162 pages. Is there a difference?

Different publishing editions look different and are paged different but the same basic book. Usually the later editions are more complete.
