Call or Black east indie - Noisy ducks?

Curious from owners of both breeds if they are actually noisy. Is one noisier than the other?

I have heard that and then someone who has them said she doesnt hear hers. Then I have heard east indies are loud so who knows. Im hoping some owners can tell me
