I have 3 chicks that were born on holloween day
first pick is a tan chick

Are these pics from when they were born or now? They look too little to sex, but you can usually tell by their stance around 5-6 weeks and boys start getting pinker combs at that time as well.

But don't trust me - I thought I had 4 cockerels in my batch of hatchery pullets, and there was only 1. The one that I was SURE was a cockerel from the first week is a beautiful GLW pullet, and I think she's getting close to lay...
 
Some of my EEs had me pretty well fooled until they were 8 weeks. I'd say 8 weeks is the earliest you can tell... and even then some cockerels are slow to develop their combs. Same with my Araucanas and Ameraucanas..... at least 8 weeks and sometimes more.
