Calling all turkeys lovers!


As you breeding season is just about on us and Big Red my Bourbon red tom has found himself in a right pickle. Big Red started the end of last year with hens and has somehow found himself with aprox. 20hens now. He can not handle all these ladies on his own. Does anyone has any males they will sale?

If you dont find another tom you can always set up breeding pens of 4 to 5 hens each and put your tom in each pen for a day or 2 at a time and then rotate him. His stuff is good for 2 to 3 weeks to fertilize the eggs. You could even give him a day off every once in a while and you should still have fertilized eggs. Good luck, Jenn

thanks I may have to do that or just let some hens run free...lol it's not like I need anymore
he is just a really nice deep red tom and I would have to kill him off by over working him
