Calling All Buff Orpington Lovers!

Today I'm going to get some new pictures of my Buff Orpington's. (And my other chickens, too!)

I am training Marshy to walk on a leash. She is my friendliest and most beautiful BO.

How is everyone's chickens?

Mine are good. My BO caused a ruckus this morning. She spooked my jumpy EE, who had a fit and flew like crazy around the run, and then all the other EEs got scared and started to fly around too. All while my BO took a dustbath. That is why I don’t want another Buff Orp.

my poppy was too much for the other chicks to handle. I’m sitting with her outside, and she can hear all the other chickens screaming at the neighbors for being too loud.

I have 8 chickens as well. I guess that number is popular in flocks. (Actually, I had 11 this year, but two of them were cockerels, which I can't keep, and I just lost one of my hens to a coyote. )

I had 6, then I went up to 10, then back down to 8. Numbers change, I guess.

I originally had 6, went down to 5, then went up to 11, and now I have eight.

I voted that I have a BO, but it's not my favorite. (I posted earlier about my cockerel.) I would like have a BO pullet or two so I know how sweet they might be.
My favorites have to be my Australorps. Well, I only have two breeds, so that makes sense. Maybe a cross would be cool? I've already decided I would call my mix "Buff Aus." Pronounce it how you want.
