I have a question for all the chicken experts and chicken lovers alike. Heres the question Do chickens fart? My dad,my sister and my DD's want to know. I know weird question.

Umm . . . rarely. Generally chickens don't produce a whole lot of gas in their digestive tract, so if you have a farty hen, she could be sick. But yes, I have been in the coop at night and had a bird let one fly near face level, generally along with a stinky poo. Phewie!
