Brinsea users....my incubating instructions call for RH to be 65 for hatching. I just did "lockdown" and set it for 62. I keep reading of the "mushy" chick thing where humidity is too high. Having it set on 62 it varies from 60-64 or so...what do you Brinsea incubator users like for your hatch humidity. This is my first time and have no records of experience and would like to know what you have found does best.

Thanks...I don't want a chick "stuck" inside but I don't want a "mushy" chick either. ....just hope to get some live, healthy chicks hatched!

Just an update on my hatch. After candling last night when I didn't have any new pips, I found that if I had candled before going into lock down, I would have had 17 eggs (out of the original 26, one of which was pulled a couple weeks ago) make it into lock down, so I HAD A 100% HATCH in my new 20 ECO!!! I LOVE my Brinsea!!!
