Calling all Polish lovers...Roo??

Let me start by saying I have no experience with the Polish breed, and very little with roosters. These chicks were given to me as their previous owner couldn't keep them, and she wasn't sure what she had. As they started growing, and after I finally figured out what breed Moe was, I kinda thought he might be a Roo based on the long tail feathers. Moe is probably around 8 weeks old, and he decided to try out crowing this morning. I was pretty excited, then read that 8 weeks is a little early, and pullets will try to crow sometimes, too. So, I need someone else's opinion. Roo, or confused little girl?

polish are easy when they are fully grown

the pullet/hen will have a round ball/mushroom like crest

and Cock/Roos will have a porcupine/Einstein Like Crest sticking out

Your looks like a Cock at the moment

I've had several Polish in the past, and I agree. This one looks like a roo since his hair is not perfectly coiffed
