Jim John Joe Jack...
All the same to me.

2 views on the way to town---we are only 4 miles from a big landfill. We call it Mt. Trashmore, but the official name is Prairie View :hmm . Trash trucks bring trash from 4 states here. There are at least 4 'mountains' so far. Makes you acutely aware of how important it is to recycle. There is no 'away' to throw anything. It ends up here or maybe in a landfill nearer you, tho all of yours may come here. Whenever we drive somewhere, I count how many trash trucks I see, big trashter trailers with red cabs that say MBI on them.

On a more happy note, I love seeing newly baled hay

I like the smell of a fresh cut hay field!

the smell of landfills not so much 🥴

I went out to check for tobacco hornworms before dawn with the UV light and found a momma rabbit with 4 babies having breakfast in the middle of the driveway next to the raised beds. She didn't move as I went around the raised beds with the UV light.

my yard rabbit is like that too... I always wonder how it survives, because it seems so tame... ours must be a male, as I haven’t seen little ones the last couple years

I saw the yard owl sitting on the rose trellis last night... and thought somebody warn the rabbit!

I'd like to shoot our yard rabbit. It makes all the critters go nuts. If the dogs don't notice it..
The ducks quack at it then the dogs will see it and start barking. 😑
