For cabbage family worms, or squash vine borers, I use BT, which is a bacteria that kills them. Bacillus Thuringienisis. I spray it on the plants. It really works for any kind of caterpillar.

Sue, do you have any magic elixir for whiteflies? Seems they must have a billion eggs as they keep showing up as tiny whiteflies... my hand hurts from spraying insecticidal soap on them.

I don’t know what whiteflies are....what do they attack?

I'm glad you have never seen them before, they are bad to the bone. They get on the underside of tomato leaves and suck the sap out, looks like the plant is dehydrated until you shake it and a million little whiteflies swarm.
