Oh gosh, I just scribbled it down from some website, and didn’t save it, but they’re all pretty much the same, molasses, br sugar flour egg, baking soda, cinnamon and ginger.. I did double the ginger. If you want crispy, roll them out thin.
I made a second batch w all these animals—-there’s a BYC holiday sweets contest, you all know about it, yes?

That is super cute Sue.
I love gingersnaps or molasses cookies. Ok. Truth be told I haven't met too many cookies I didn't like. But I love the way anything cinnamon smells baking in the house.

I used the sweet potatoes that I got from my garden this year ( not a lot and none very big) and made mashed sweet potatoes today! I got 4 cups of mashed taters from them. Hopefully, next year I’ll be more successful.

(The reason I put stickers on my car is that I spot-painted areas that I had repaired from bad peeling, and the stickers are hiding discrepancies.). The little black cat is Jiji from ‘Kiki’s Delivery Service,’ my favorite animated film...but was put there in honor of Ollie, who was very small at the time and looked just like him.
