I put one of my Cinnamon Queen hens in the chicken clink yesterday, she was pulling feathers off of one that has been not feeling well. I moved her to Coop Uno and at first she picked a fight with Lucy another CQ and they were doing the rooster kick boxing for a couple of minutes until the water hose came out. I've just about had it with all the feather pulling in Coop Deux. Lucy left the canopy enclosure and I closed the gate.

You see it over and over again on BYC, the chickens have turned into a soap opera.
My Mama hen and her youngsters have made it clear they disapproved of me removing the 2 cockerels. But had I not, it would have been crazy w 3 boys and 3 girls. I noticed the remaining cockerel is chasing the girls. Here they are in a quiet moment…10 weeks old now. IMG_3006.jpeg

On of my hens has not been feeling good and is shaking her head a lot. I don't see anything bugging her and this morning she stayed in the poop tray under the roost... anyone know of anything to look for?

I'd check her ears as suggested.
Look again for lice or mites.

Is her crop emptying?

Does she happen to be molting - have a lot of pin feathers on her head/neck?

Work on hydration, then eating. You may be able to entice her with bits of scrambled egg or wet feed.
