calling any one from missouri

Ooo, Lavender Orpingtons. My husband wants some of those. If you ever have chicks or hatching eggs to sell I would be interested in some.

Ahhh, baby chicks! My youngest chicks are 6 weeks old now and nowhere near this cute anymore

. I'll keep an eye out on the boards in the spring then. It's great that there is someone near by that is breeding these, it means I don't have to gamble with shipped eggs. In the mean time I think I'll have to find something else that my hubby will agree to let me hatch...
 
SCORE! Had wanted geese and had a chance to adopt a pair. Gander is Toluse and goose is African. Poor thing had the eggs she was sitting on hit by this monster cold blast we just had so she's going to have to start from scratch. Happy dancing feet! Woohoo!

Annnnd today was also a red letter day as the first of my 3 poofy cheeked EE's laid an egg today - light baby blue!!!

What all do you have in your flock?

Thanks so much for the welcome !! Well lets see I have 2 Buff Orpingtons a hen and Rooster, 8 Black Jersey Giants 1 hen and 7 Roosters, 9 Barred rock Hens, 3 White Rock Hens , 2 Black sex link Hens ,11 mixed Jersey Giant chicks and 2 Black Spanish Turkeys a hen and tom.

Hopefully I will be getting some ducks in the spring and some more turkeys.
