Hi all! I'm originally from Missouri, and am moving back from Pennsylvania to Missouri this week. I am going to be living in the Alton/West Plains area. I'm going to be raising a bunch of chicks, but while they are growing I'm looking for some layers. Not picky about the breed, I've had a little bit of everything. I would also be interested in a rooster or two, as long as they aren't mean! :) Please send me a PM with anything you have available..I would also be interested in chicks and hatching eggs. Nice to meet you all!

Hello griggy! We just moved back here this summer from TN, loving it here!! (I lived here 10 years ago, and grew up in St. Louis) And, BTW, LOVING this rain we are finally having!! I have a couple roos I want to give away, one is an olive egger, the other is a BC Maran, neither one is mean. Got some older barred rock hens, some are laying, some are not, not sure which ones are, they are 4 years old. I am north of you about an hour in the Houston area.

I don't have a photo of the other roo.
