Sparkling iced trees

I posted this on another thread, but your 'bedazzled" trees made me think of our ozark spring's fits of starts and stops...

Spring starts in January in the Ozarks, lurches on in a complicated way, with spurts and setbacks, until May. Then, early in May, there is a cold spell known as blackberry winter because it comes when blackberries bloom. It is a worrisome week for anyone who farms....You have to take springtime on its own terms in the Ozarks: there is no other way. It can't be predicted. It is unsteady, full of promise, promise that is sometimes broken.

Hi!
I'm in Kansas City and need to have my coop moved to a new house. I've called 4 shed movers and have had no luck thus far. Anyone have a recommendation?

There was a big flock of snow geese in a pasture along route 160 between Lamar and Mindenmines today

Happy March everyone! We had 0º this morning. How cold did it get where you are?
I kept going out to collect eggs to keep them from freezing, but always there was a hen in the nest. Everyone apparently wanted that one nest today. Each time I went out, yet another hen was in it. Thanks to sunshine, it got up to about 20º this afternoon. At 3 pm, finally, that nest was finally vacated, and I found 5 warm eggs in it...
