Hmm, went out to check for an egg laid from the roost (been getting quite a few) and found Veronica dead. She was in the nest box a few times yesterday but looked ok... dunno what happened.

And on top of that a damn feral dog came by the other day and killed my outdoor cat Woody. Woody was the feral cat that I carried from building to building like a baby otherwise I'd step on her. And she would wait outside the door until I came out unless it was too hot outside.
