Friday night forecast a low of 37°F here, I'm assuming you guys are even colder?

I’m trying to convince my husband that this old peacock coop is saveable. The siding is in rough shaping and I think I could fix it myself. It’s 10x24, the back is fiberglass for light, one side is has a large open area covered in hardware cloth, the floor is dirt and petrified peacock poop, no nesting boxes but that can be fixed, concrete foundation with wire covering the concrete and a few feet out. What do you think?

If the framing is ok yes replace any rotting siding and go for it.
