That sounds like a much easier dosage to make a gallon of water, Amprol 128 I have to measure out 34 grains on my powder scale for one gallon of water. Is that a liquid or a powder?

It's liquid. It's the only form of amprolium they had at our Orscheln's. I see TSC has it too but that's a longer drive. I found it in the cattle aisle.

I don't know I was hoping you could tell me. A friend from work gave a start of those to me a couple years ago and boy did they take off.
She didn't know what they were either She just called them wildflowers.

The sun came out, it got up above 80º, and I was able to mow the lawn. Part of it. It's really hard to keep up with mowing with all this rain! I divide it in sections and when I'm done, it's time to start again.

Exercise yes! I gave up the ride-on mower because it hurts my back on our bumpy terrain. I have a self propelled, side discharge walk behind mower. We go fast. It easily helps me get my 5 miles a day. I call it my Peloton.
