calling any one from missouri

I hope he heeds that warning. :fl

It’s interesting, she leaves the yard rabbit alone, she doesn’t pay attention to the birds at the bird feeder, and she never pays any attention to the chickens...

and she used to eat the duck’s feed right along with the ducks when she showed up half starved as a stray at my sis’s house originally but never bothered the ducks...

so she doesn’t seem to care about anything but rodents... but she goes full ninja on them :idunno

This is Margarita, hatched on Cinco de Mayo. She's quirky and friendly, and my little cuddle chicken. Spitzhaubens are not supposed to have a crazy crest like this, but I love her to pieces.

This is her full sister, with a proper Spitzhauben crest, she will be the one whose eggs I save.

Adorable!
Both of you are 🤗

Red alert!!!!🚨

another alien invaders... this one was smaller but flew into the garage as we were playing ‘five kittens put away, where the heck is number six? ”... 🥴

luckily Eleanor has level three space invader training and trapped it in the cardboard kitten jungle gym... we might rename her Scully 😉

you should pick them and make a nice salsa, and if things go horribly wrong bill @shawluvsbirds for new underpants 😳 😆
I was glad to learn that with the "wild" ones you are supposed to let them turn yellow and fall to the ground first. I will have to see if I can keep an eye one them and get them before the wild life does.
I also have 2 garden variety Tomatillos growing in my raised bed garden. First time growing them and they have gotten huge! and loaded with tomatillos!! I plan to make salsa and jam and maybe a pie. :idunno I have already cut them up raw and added them to salads. They are supposed to have a "tart apple" taste when raw. I don't think I had big enough pieces to be able to tell.
