If your in the Eminence area Rocky Falls is a great place for a picnic or a cook out. They have pits. From Eminence 106 east to H then south to NN then east a bit to the falls.

We slipped off a bit south of us, and saw a few sights today... took the car for a ride on the ferry across the river and visited a few springs and mills, and a cave... came home to some showers and heavier rain... and played with kittens in the garage...

... we had a blast being a show-me-stater today!... hope you all did too!

I don't think I have been to any of those places. They look beautiful!

Starting to get a routine going for sprouting wheat. I've been adding 1 drop of bleach to the soak water and to the rinse water and I'm still seeing a tiny bit of mold in a couple so I'll up that a bit and see.

Days 4 - 9, today I'll start cutting day 9 in half for each group of chickens.

I cut it in half and toss the whole half in roots and all.

I like the idea! Now that my chickens can't free range, this would be a good addition to their diet.
Today i gave them some kale leaves, some of which had little worms on them. It was like ice cream with sprinkles!

We had a short but heavy rain storm just after I got home from taking the puppy for a walk at Don Robinson State Park.

Never saw these signs in Missouri state parks before.
