I think it's a mama wolf spider with dozens of babies on her back...here's a screenshot from the internet...we've seen one once.

I saw one of those a while back at our Menards. They bungee-ed a teddy bear to it, so it looks like he’s driving...

I think that’s for the simple minded folks like me that would frightened by a run away zamboni, but okay with one operated by a bear
