I didn't end up leaving until almost 6PM, so I didn't go by. But I did write the directions down so I wouldn't lose them!
We still only have 2 pieces of drywall up. My husband hasn't been back down there in probably a month ( since before I melted the siding ).
I have been working at getting the insulation up in the ceiling and on the walls in the attic ( the 2 side walls). Today was a perfect day for working up in the attic! I've also been installing roof vents. I got the side of the attic done that faces the electric pole. I had hoped to get the other side of the house done today but that didn't happen. I did get the ceiling insulated above the basement stairs and a good bit of the kitchen done. Now I just have the middle part between the kitchen and dining room left to do. After that the living room ceiling has to be done from above since they had already drywalled the ceiling. Then there is 1 strip in the hallway and then the last ceiling to insulate will be the front bedroom. Then I can start on the walls. But at least 1/3 of more of those are already done.

Yes, that’s Ollie! He has endeared himself to us and the dogs, and the cats as well. He and the young adult male (AKA the invisible cat) play for hours.....one of the dogs will play w him too.
Ollie goes for walks w the dogs, lines up w them to do tricks for treats...everything he does is photogenic...

N made Basil-Garlic Tomato Sauce today... it's real good. We are not going to can it because she only ended up with 3 quarts and we would use that up pretty quick. @karenerwin thanks for the recipe!
