N got to eat a couple of duck eggs yesterday. She said the shells are much harder than chicken eggs. I don't know what kind they are but maybe @shawluvsbirds knows. One male and one female has a white neck stripe. They are a bit nervous but getting used to seeing me.

I think they are the neighbors ducks but they seem to like corn...

And today I discovered a woodchuck (groundhog) in between the machine shop and the big shop... it doesn't like me.

Kinda look like Rouen ducks. Maybe just a barnyard mix.
We love our duck eggs.
And yeah. Duck egg shells are a lot harder.
When I have to crack a chicken egg at work I always explode the first one everywhere not thinking 🤣
