I can get banquet tables to set food on. Our laps will have to be tables! So we need to set up a date to start! Then if it is pot luck, we can set up a bunch of categories, copy and add our names and what we are bringing to it? I have access to a very large ice maker, so we don't need to kill anyone with spoiled food! For that matter, if the weather is poor, I could also come up with one of those white covered tarp thingies (some people put sides on them and use for a spare garage) The store owner definately wants our chickens there...do you think there is something I need to look into as for as a "police" OK?

Probably sundays are best as long as people plan for it. So how about Sunday June 29 for a date? Should be lots of people around, cause they'll be checking out the new store, so our chickens will get lots of exposure! That's good I think? PM me with ideas or just leave them on this post!I heard from the store manager...Sunday June 29th is fine...so anyone interested, contact me, lets throw some ideas together, get inspired!
