Came in from the yard and the temperature in my incubator was 108F...

Is that a death sentence? I immediately took the top off and fanned like crazy to get the temp back down. Once cooled down I candled some of the eggs and saw movement inside.

Even though the temperature in the incubator was 108 it takes several hours for the egg temp to come up. You should be fine. Good luck and have fun!!!
