Anybody that raises these two, can you tell me how similar they look at hatch? I have this chick here from my friend, and to me it looks BS, I have raised quite a few BS chicks and this little one has the colored flights coming in almost pink looking but the rest of him looks like a white. I have not hatched any Cameos so I'm not sure what they would look like at hatch, are they very similar to BS chicks in appearance?

Best I could get, hope it shows up.
Looks like my black shoulder chicks, i would say bs

You can see some cameo peachicks pictures in this topic: https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/353782/cameo-peachicks-hatched-today

Thank you! I had kind of thought that I had seen pics of baby cameos before and thought they were more tan than white, but I couldn't remember for sure. I would say he has to be a BS, and since the only bird in the pen that is BS is a hen, there must be a male carrying a hidden BS gene correct? This is one of the males that could be the father I think he is Cameo pied WE split to peach, and the other is a blue pied.

Yes, one of the males should carry the bs gene, this is a pretty peacock, what is the hen color? Is it india blue bs? If the cameo peacock is the father this chick may be a cameo bs hen.

There are cameo hens and cameo split to peach hens and a bs hen that might be split peach. Could the cameo pied WE male be split bs with all the other color/patterns going on as well? Birds with this many splits get me confused.

Yes he can, also if this cameo peacock is split to peach the chick could be a peach if the chick is a girl, even if the bs hen is not split to peach, half the girls from this mating will be peach. Are you sure the cameo hen is split to peach? As i know sex-liked colors hens can't be split to another colors.

I have a cameo bs pied w/e penned with a cameo pied w/e hen, so i can get cameo pied w/e split bs chicks, but i'm not sure how it could be split to peach also.
